Dean is an amazing property manager. He works with you and is very friendly and patient. I needed a unit last minute and he made it happen. Wouldn’t use any other storage place around. Property is well kept and clean all the time. I feel like I’m belonging are safe n secure!! Thank you ☺️

I'm very satisfied and happy with Western Self Storage! Dean, the manager, is a breath of fresh air! He's very professional and honest and Patient!. He will go out of the way for the customer and any concerns etc. Prices are very responsible as well. don't let the location make your decision. I highly recommend western Self Storage . Thanks

I needed a place to store my stuff, came across Western Storage, and I'm very satisfied. So satisfied I would highly recommend them to any and all that are in need of secure storage at highly reasonable prices. Dean, the Manager, is friendly, helpful, and willing to work with you. You should check them out for your own storage needs.

I will certainly work with these people again when I have storage needs! Clean place at a good price and the manager has always been friendly and easy to work with.

I've been waiting for a while before writing this review and feel compelled that I need to share of my experience at this storage unit located at 6910 S. Western, Oklahoma City, OK 74139. It started out positive as a family owned and operated company and then it sold a few months into my lease. After it sold, my unit (and four others) was broken into. These units were not in the camera eye sight of security. They said they'd get security cameras on them. Weeks and weeks passed. I called frequently to see if the cameras were coming. They never came!!!!!! It was a horrible experience because of the things stolen created an on-going identity fraught for my family and me. My truck was also parked in storage at the units and it was vandalized to the tune of over $11,000. Again, nothing on security camera. I filed two different police reports. On my move out day, we saw a lady driving a car through the complex with bolt cutters on the dash and two men in the backseat....ready to jump out and do theft. I notified the manager......who didn't seem very concerned!!!!!! Almost smelled like an inside job that NOTHING EVER HAPPENED FOR A MONITOR SYSTEM. I'd certainly encourage others to explore other self storage options.
